• Roll Cage manufacture and installation
  All our cages are manufactured in accordance with the regulations stated in the MSA blue book where applicable. We can offer anything from basic clubman spec rear half cages to a full multi point competition installations. Welded or bolted in, with or without diagonals and door bars, the specification can be completely to your requirements. Prices vary on application, however you will see below a basic price guide.



• Clubman spec rear half cage (4 point)

• Drift spec cages – made to MSA requirements for use in BDC/EDC

We are able to offer the following optional extras for cage installations.
- Extra door bars £40 each
- Diagonals £ 90 each
- Harness bars £35 each

Cars delivered with full interior can be stripped and reinstalled at extra cost.

• MOT/Restoration Welding
  Whether you require a small job completed for MOT compliance, or a full or part restoration, Chizfab can help get your car back on the road. From sills, floor pans and battery trays to wings, quarter panels and chassis rebuilds we can do it all at competitive prices.
  
  
• Chassis Alterations/Installations
  Some projects require specialist chassis modification to allow for alternative suspensions setups or engine swaps. Projects such as axle location installations and chassis strengthening are some of the services we can provide.
  
  
• Seam Welding
  Stitch welding of the seams found on the chassis of production cars aids overall stiffness, reducing flex in the car and making for a stiffer, tighter ride. Any car intended for motor sport, track day or even fast road use where increased power plants are used should undergo seam welding to provide extra chassis rigidity.
  
  
• Arch Rolling/Panel Work
  We can do a variety of panel work to your car, including custom fabrications. We can also do arch rolling and flaring, from subtle lips to monster bulging arches to accomodate whatever wheels you have. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
  
  
• Custom Exhaust fabrication and installation
  Steel or stainless steel systems available to your individual requirements.
  

If it can be welded we can help you! Currently we are restricted to steel fabrication work only, but we aim to be providing alloy and stainless services by summer 2008.
